1) What is a Call Europe number?
Call Europe numbers are ordinary UK regional telephone numbers. You can choose from over 650 regional STD codes (including all towns and cities in the UK) or alternatively, choose a non-regional STD code, for example an 0845 number.

Either sign into your account on-line and make a payment, or set up a bank standing order / money transfer.

7) How do I know if I am running out of call credit?
Your credit balance is available online from you account page. You can also top up your call credit from there.
You will hear a short message at the start of a call when your credit is very low. The message can only be heard by yourself and will not be heard by the caller.

8) Can I take my Call Europe number with me when I travel?
Yes. When you travel, you can forward your Call Europe number to your local number overseas, or to your mobile phone.

9) Can I transfer my current phone number to Call Europe?
Transferring your current phone number is not available at this time.

10) How do you bill for services?
When you sign up, you tell us how much you wish to pay per month for forwarded calls. We then set-up a recurring payment with yourselves that comes out each month.
You can view your account statement on-line at any time, along with a itemised call statement.

12) Will I get a paper invoice?
No. In order to bring excellent service at the lowest possible cost to our customers, your service monthly charges and account activity can be viewed online only. Your online account statement is available 24/7. To keep a paper record of your phone activity, simply print one off from your account page.

17) How much does it cost to call a Call Europe number?
Our geographic numbers cost the same to call as any other land line. Usually between 1p and 3p a minute when calling from a land line within the UK.
So for example, if you choose a Leeds STD code for your Call Europe number, calling that number would cost the same as calling any other Leeds telephone number.
0845 number cost the same as a local rate BT call.
0871 numbers are billed as a standard rate BT call.
Call charges vary between phone providers. Calling from a mobile phone can be more expensive.
